Every individual’s health is strongly influenced by the community that surrounds them. Our goal is to be become an integral part of each community we serve. To achieve this goal, CHDP prioritizes collaboration with local residents, civic leaders, and medical professionals to ensure each community’s unique healthcare preferences are being heard and their needs met. We see it as a privilege to provide care in communities and do all we can to foster long-term, trusted relationships with local patients, physicians, and health systems.

The high cost of expanding healthcare infrastructure is a barrier in creating new options for affordable care. CHDP partners with physicians and health systems to craft unique financing solutions, helping providers overcome financial obstacles, attract additional capital, and turn their visions for state-of-the-art facilities into reality. We strive to build mutually beneficial business relationships with medical professionals by providing a range of strategic and operational services, allowing physicians to focus on what matters most—their patients.

Our Why
There’s an increasing need for access to speciality care at affordable rates, specifically in rural America.
Healthcare and healthy living are all about resources. Resources that are, unfortunately, not always easily accessible to all. We’ve created an ecosystem of resources such as Health Centers, an Education Foundation, and Wellness Campuses to help change the landscape of healthcare. Because we believe every person—no matter who they are or where they’re from— deserves an equal chance to be well and thrive in life.
